PRIVATE FLIGHT HANDOVER
Plan the collection around the FBO.
Heathrow is best known for its airline terminals, but Signature Aviation lists an FBO at LHR. A private aircraft booking needs the exact handler and ground access instructions. A chauffeur collection for a private flight is planned differently from a Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5 airline pickup.
The journey from flight to road
Send the aircraft reference, the handler name, arrival time and the lead passenger’s contact. If some guests arrive on a commercial flight and others on a private flight, list those as separate movements so each vehicle goes to the correct terminal.
Onward travel
Heathrow journeys often continue to central London, Windsor, Berkshire, Oxford or a second UK airport. For an international arrival, allow for the handling team’s passenger release process when setting an onward appointment. LDC confirms the vehicle, pickup details and price before travel.
