1. Identify the aviation facility.
Send the airport and the actual FBO or handling agent. A commercial terminal and a private aviation terminal may use different access roads. At Luton and Stansted, even the same airport can have more than one private aviation facility. The flight operator or booking confirmation should identify the correct one.
2. Share an aircraft-led timetable.
Give the aircraft registration or operator flight reference, scheduled local arrival or departure time and a contact who will share updates. Aircraft arrival does not mean every passenger is immediately ready for a vehicle. The handler controls release and terminal procedures.
3. Describe the road journey.
We need the lead passenger, travelling mobile, full destination, any intermediate stops, number of people and complete luggage list. For a departure, share the flight operator’s required reporting time. For several cars, provide a manifest by vehicle and destination.
4. Confirm the vehicle and handover.
London Direct Chauffeurs sends the quote and booking details. The chauffeur meets at the permitted landside point agreed for that specific flight. Airside access is not included unless the relevant aviation authority and operator arrange it expressly.
5. Update changes promptly.
Flight timings, aircraft registrations, FBOs and passenger counts can change. Send revised details to the same booking contact as soon as they are confirmed. For complex movements, a single coordinator reduces conflicting instructions.
