London City Airport has a separate Private Jet Centre. Its own guidance describes a car park directly outside Private Jet Centre Arrivals for pre-arranged cars. This is distinct from the main commercial terminal, so use the Private Jet Centre name in the booking.
The journey from flight to road
The airport’s location makes it useful for City and Canary Wharf programmes. Send the scheduled aircraft arrival and your exact office or hotel entrance. For a multi-meeting day, an hourly chauffeur booking avoids arranging a new car between each appointment.
Onward travel
A late change to the flight programme can affect your ground itinerary. Give your assistant or flight coordinator a single LDC booking reference and forward schedule changes to the reservations team. For departures, agree a vehicle pickup time based on the flight operator’s required reporting time.
London City’s private aviation arrangements and aircraft approvals belong to the airport and operator. Confirm all flight requirements with them separately from ground transport.
