The journey from flight to road
For a London hotel or office arrival, send the name of the aircraft operator or handling team, the flight schedule and the traveller contact. For a departure, give the chauffeur the requested terminal arrival time from the flight team. The driving plan should account for road conditions on the day, especially if meetings follow the flight.
