Ground travel planned around the flight.
A full aircraft does not always fit one road vehicle. We plan the ground fleet around seats, suitcase volume, equipment and whether the party needs to stay together.
How we coordinate it
A Mercedes-Benz V-Class can suit up to six passengers with substantial luggage, subject to bag size and seating layout. For a larger group, we can quote two or more vehicles or a minibus where available. Do not rely only on the aircraft passenger count: list full-size cases, cabin bags, golf clubs, strollers or event equipment separately.
Choose the booking format
For guests splitting between hotels, supply a manifest by vehicle. If the aircraft arrives before the full party is ready, your coordinator should agree whether cars wait together or depart in stages. The FBO will still control its own access rules and handover timing.
A photo or approximate dimensions of unusual cases helps avoid a poor vehicle fit.
