Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge bookings need the correct hotel door or private entrance. The City and Canary Wharf require an exact office entrance and meeting timetable. Westminster and Kensington journeys may involve guest, security or luggage instructions. Share these before the car is dispatched.
For more than one stop
If the passenger has a board meeting, several hotel visits or a dinner after landing, hourly hire keeps the same chauffeur available. For separate parties, book vehicles by flight and name the lead traveller in each car. Traffic can change throughout the day, so avoid a fixed road-time promise.
