Behind every smooth departure

A practical ground transport brief for flight crews and coordinators.

Behind every smooth departure
01

Keep the crew movement distinct

Crew timings and destinations may differ from passenger arrangements. Provide a separate movement brief with the crew count, luggage, pickup location and hotel address.

02

Name the coordinating contact

Choose one person to consolidate changes and share that contact with the ground provider. A concise final itinerary helps avoid several competing versions of the same movement.

03

Include both ends of the duty

Confirm the hotel transfer and the next airport pickup as separate legs. Check the required reporting time with the aviation team and agree the pickup time accordingly.

04

Reconfirm after changes

When a flight, hotel or handling location changes, ask for the revised ground arrangements in writing. Check that the date, local time and destination are clear to everyone involved.
